Shipping policy

We provide free shipping on all our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. If you wish to upgrade the service to express, we will send the packages by Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or International Tracked & Signed depending on the country.
These orders may be charged a customs duty on arrival to the country. This is at the customers' expense and is not included in the cost of the purchase. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, however this is not a guarantee. 
We are a small brand and it may take longer if we run into any issues. We will try to inform customers of any delays if the arise. 

If you require an item within a strict timeframe, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether it would be possible and hopefully expedite the process to meet the agreed date.
