Changed your mind?
If you have changed your mind, you have a 30-day period from receiving our product(s) to initiate a return for any reason. You then have a further 14-day period to return the goods from the date that we confirm the return.
Returns dispatched to us after this 14-day period may be refusedΒ and subsequently returned to the customer.
Should the goods returned be damaged and/or used beyond a reasonable amount, we retain the ability to offer a refund which is less than the full amount, proportional to the amount of damage/wear.
A reasonable amount of use includes an amount necessary to establish that the product(s) is fit for purpose and functioning as expected.
To initiate a return, we ask that you contact us by email at info@botanicacollective.com. However, a return can also be initiated if you contact us by post or telephone.
Please note that return postage will need to be paid for by the customer and sent to the following address:

Goods which are damaged, not as described or unfit for use.
Should the goods you receive from us arrive damaged, not as described, or unfit for use, you have a 30-day period from receipt to reject the product(s).
For rejections under this section, you are entitled to a full refund if within the 30-day period.
If within the first 6-months of you receiving the goods, you are entitled to request a repair or replacement of the faulty product.
You are entitled to elect whether the goods are repaired or replaced, as long as your request is proportionate to the issue(s) raised.
For returns under this section of the policy, return of the goods to us shall be at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable goods.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and unsealed personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union.

Exchanges.
The fastest way to exchange our products is to initiate a return, and once that has been accepted, proceed with making a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds.
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and inform you of the amount we can approve for your refund.
The value refunded will be based on the terms outlined in the relevant section(s) above.
If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund too.
Should any issues arise while we process your refund, we will contact you immediately, informing you of the issue.
